General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will take Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) to the PCPD. The old Esme would have went back on the run, but this time she seems to be going willingly-is Esme really changing?
General Hospital Spoilers: Confronted Over A Glove
Esme's nanny had contacted Laura because she was running late to pick up Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay). Unthinking, Esme occurred to drop by Laura and Kevin Collins' (Jon Lindstrom) supper table and joined them, removing her red glove.
Laura informed Esme that she was busted and that she needed to report herself in after recognising it as the mate of the red glove left behind at the Wyndemere break-in.
Heather Webber (Alley Mills), Esme's birth mother, advised against it, but Esme chose to tell Laura she broke in because she was experiencing flashbacks.
She was trying to make sense of the memories that were coming up, and that actually was the truth, including the pain of Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) rejection.
GH Spoilers: Trying To Make Sense Of The Person She Was Then Compared To The Person She Is Now
Comparing who she was then to who she is now—or has been since losing her memory—Esme is attempting to make sense of it. She is willingly accompanying Laura to the PCPD since she is finding it very difficult to reconcile the two.
Her love for her kid seems to have endured despite the return of her painful past and everything she did to harm other people, including the reason she gave him the nickname "Ace."
She attacked Ryan Chamberlain's (Jon Lindstrom) grave after realising that her birth parents had not done her any favours, and she later decided to visit Heather and break into Wyndemere.
Breaking into Wyndemere and explaining why to the police probably won’t be enough to put her back in Spring Ridge and lose her son, although she won’t tell all.
General Hospital Spoilers: Does Esme Prince Want To Keep Her Clean Slate?
Esme is astute enough to see that the accusations Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) had previously dismissed due to amnesia could be brought back if she admits to them.
She doesn't want that, so she won't share everything she can recall. Instead, she'll likely talk about the horrible events that occurred, her imprisonment by Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss), and how she managed to get out.
The only person who is aware that he has returned to Port Charles is Ava Jerome (Maura West), and she isn't revealing this information to her or Laura just yet.
There’s too much water under the bridge now to confess to things that would get her in worse trouble. However, Laura and Esme have no idea that Spring Ridge might be the safest place for Esme now!
