General Hospital Spoilers: As Sonny Turns Against Nina, Willow Sides With Her Mother

General Hospital Spoilers spill Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) didn’t hesitate to lay into his wife after learning she was the rat who tipped off the SEC on Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). Sonny will always be loyal to the mother of his children, ex-wife or not.

Acknowledging this, Cynthia Watros's character Nina Reeves Corinthos decided to take matters into her own hands and try to get Carly out of their orbit. Nina had the thought to tell Sonny that their marriage wasn't ended as he left The Savoy.

We can be confident that she and Sonny won't be ringing in the new year together, even if it turns out to be the case.

Though it's possible that Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) is so enraged with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) that she will forgive Nina more readily. Where will Michael and Sonny end up now that mother and daughter are on the same team?

General Hospital Spoilers — “Don’t Touch Me!”

As Nina tried to embrace her husband and explain what she had done and why, it was instinctual that she would physically touch him — but she was stopped promptly as he stepped back from her and ordered that she not touch him; just as Willow requested that Nina not take one step closer to her, Nina’s own husband was repulsed by the very sight of her. That’s just the beginning of their troubles, though.

GH Spoilers Tease Time is of the Essence

Even though Nina is anxious to make amends and apologise to Carly and Drew as requested by Sonny, things won't go as smoothly as she had thought.

Nina believes incorrectly that marking this behaviour off the list will bring Sonny back to her. Of course, she might have expected Carly to be mean to her, and she's not holding her breath for her pardon.

But what he needs is far more than a good deed done too late. Sonny is going to need time, and nothing will make Nina more insane than having to wait for him to let her know if they're over.

General Hospital Spoilers — Nina Won’t Be Alone for Long

No, Nina isn’t going to meet a new lover to take her mind off of Sonny — though he might just to drown the pain she has caused for him. There’s nothing better to level the playing field than Sonny throwing all of his leverage out the window on a one-night stand.

Hey, we’ve seen it before. Nonetheless, Nina will have the comfort of a few people in her corner. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) may be two of them, but a surprising face is going to circle back around and forgive Nina — and that person is Willow.
