The Young and the Restless News: Why Is Eric Braeden Feuding With Air Canada?
"AIR CANADA is a dismal airlines, with an arrogant staff, mediocre service, etc!," Eric said on her Twitter account. Just now, my kid was at the Toronto airport, eager to get to Florida! He arrived with plenty time to allow for the stowing of his luggage; when informed that it would take three hours, he naturally inquired as to why it would take so long! It took a fraction of that, he discovered later while going through US customs; in fact, customs informed him that his luggage was already aboard the aircraft! He asked the guards at the gate to let him through once more.
"They refused because he hadn't been there precisely three hours earlier," he continued. When he went to customer service, he was met by an extremely nasty BITCH! Greetings from US customs: "welcome to AIR CANADA" I adore traveling to Canada, but your national airline does a terrible job of representing your nation!

Several of his detractors made comments along the lines of, "That's your term of choice or description of a female staff member? "Do better, Eric," and "With all due respect...it works both ways...unfortunately, the USA isn't perfect either."
When one more admirer penned, "Don't you know who I am?" Eric answered right away, saying, "Get lost, would you? I have never in my life utilized that garbage!
After that, Eric wrote, "Let me make something VERY plain! I have been traveling to Canada for over 40 years and have always found the people to be incredibly pleasant. But, Air Canada is not up to par! erratic service, etc. Having said that, many "privatized" businesses have this issue! At the price of poor customer service, they employ pencil sharpeners to cut, cut, and cut some more in order to appease their stockholders! I also observe that in our sector! The men in charge of these businesses always get bonuses for CUTTING 'fat,' not comprehending that they are killing the goose that lays the golden egg! I witness it taking place everywhere! PRIVACIATION IS NOT THE ULTIMATE SUCCESSOR!
